I needed a wee break and so checked into a local independent hotel. Ladies, I highly recommend this! The decor was exceptional - very 1920s parlour boutique. The facilities are excellent, with a fully equipped kitchen and a gorgeous, inviting and cosy parlour for mingling. The bedrooms were soundproof and the bed was so comfortable. The location is great, just the right amount of central and in a lovely spot near the Foyle. The artwork throughout is incredible and each room is beautiful. I will definitely be back. The value for money is incredible.
Would recommend this hotel.

Superb accommodation with wonderful design. Ideal location and very comfortable bedrooms. The facilities are excellent and I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wishing to avail of something different from the norm. Thanks to John and Colin, we really enjoyed our stay.
There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the lack of kitchen facilities in the room was a bit inconvenient.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming boutique hotel in the heart of the city. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning decor and attention to detail throughout. The hotel exuded a warm and homely atmosphere, unlike any other I've experienced. The cleanliness was impeccable, with even the sheets having a fresh, inviting scent. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the city center. I can confidently say that this hotel surpasses all others I have stayed in, and I will wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. For future visits, there is no doubt that I will choose this hotel as my top choice.

Our recent stay at Art House Villa was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the central area of the city. The interior design of the house was incredibly stylish and the vintage furnishings gave it a unique charm. The hosts were very welcoming and took the time to show us around. Our bedroom was small but had everything we needed, and the bathroom was also well-equipped. We loved the cozy sitting room downstairs, complete with candles. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area were great for meeting other guests in the morning. We also found parking to be surprisingly easy to find. we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend Art House Villa to others.
Although the shower pressure was a bit low, it didn't bother us too much considering all the other amazing aspects of our stay. We also found the location to be excellent value for money.

The decor throughout the hotel was absolutely stunning, with a beautiful 1920s parlour boutique vibe. The attention to detail was impressive, from the exquisite artwork to the well-thought-out design of the kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, allowing guests to prepare their own breakfast. The location of the hotel was also ideal, just a short walk along the River Foyle to the city centre, making it the perfect place to stay during our city break.
The only downside we found was the steep road leading up to the hotel. It could be a bit challenging if you have any mobility issues, especially after a long day of exploring the city.
